Too Busy To Blog

I'm really too busy with work to be blogging right now, but since Brad sent a scolding email to the crew, I will provide the obligatory three sentences that he demanded from all of us.

I'm becoming more and more fascinated by the intricacies of the game of Go, particularly since I have been reading a book by Peter Shotwell on the subject that combines history, philosophy, and strategy into one terrifically insighful book. The depth to which the game of Go is intertwined with Eastern religion is remarkable, and the history of the game is a fascinating soap opera of murder, disgrace, and brilliance.

And now, in our modern era, Go is (paraphrasing somewhat here) the last frontier of the human mind, gaming wise.

It's unconquered by computers and probably better described as competitive art than a mere board game.
